How to Handle a No-Show Situation
At DeliverThat, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. One such situation is when a driver doesn't show up to take a delivery they were assigned to. Here's what you need to know:
What Is a No-Show?
A "no-show" is when a driver, who was supposed to pick up and deliver an order, doesn't arrive as scheduled.
What to Expect
You should expect our support team to step in and assist promptly in case of a no-show. We will reach out to you via your preferred communication method (as outlined during the onboarding process) to address the situation.
There are times we can send another DeliverThat driver, and times we can use our Overflow Network to provide a driver. We will exhaust all options to help when these situations occur.
