How to Get the Driver You Prefer

The Request Process

To request a specific driver, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Dispatch: Send an email to to make your driver request. This is the same email you can use for other support inquiries.

  2. Include Driver's Name: In your email, be sure to include the name of the driver you want for your delivery.

  3. Provide Order Details: To help us locate your specific order, include the order ID or customer name in your message.

Remember: Timely Communication

It's important to make your driver request well in advance of the delivery time to ensure we can meet your preference. The best practice is to email us immediately after your order submission. This gives us time to coordinate and confirm the assignment.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your driver request, we'll do our best to accommodate it. Here's what you can expect:

  • Confirmation: We will acknowledge your driver request via email.

  • Driver Assignment: If the requested driver is available, we will assign them to your delivery.

  • Alternative Options: In the event that the driver you requested is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options and offer the delivery to the DeliverThat fleet.
