What to Do When a Driver Is Running Late

Restaurants have access to a tracking link in their DeliverThat Dashboard, allowing them to monitor a driver's location in real time. It's a valuable tool to keep an eye on your delivery's progress.

When to Reach Out

If you notice that a driver is significantly far from your location or the tracking link is not working correctly, we encourage you to contact our Live Delivery Hotline at (315) 630 3330. Our team is here to assist you.

Important: Do Not Cancel or Attempt Delivery

It's vital to remember not to cancel deliveries or take matters into your own hands without first communicating with our delivery support team. There are reasons for this:
