Canceling a Delivery Request
We understand that deliveries may need to be canceled for numerous reasons. This guide will show you how to cancel deliveries in the Dashboard easily.
Steps for Cancelation
Step 1: Log in to the Dashboard using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Deliveries” section on the main navigation panel (left side).
Step 3: A list of deliveries will be displayed.
The list of deliveries will show you an overview of each delivery, including delivery location, delivery date, and status. You'll also see a list of pre-built filters and a search by “Job Name” or "Customer Name," allowing you to locate the delivery you’re looking to cancel quickly.
Step 4: Click on the “Details” button next to the delivery you want to cancel. This will be located on the right-hand side.
Step 5: The delivery details will appear, and at the bottom, you will find the “Cancel Delivery” button.
Please note that not all deliveries may be canceled through the dashboard. If the button is disabled, you can still call live support at (315) 630-3330 and have them manually cancel the delivery. The cancel button will be disabled less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. This is the cutoff for cancelations without a charge for the delivery request.
Step 6: Click on the “Cancel Delivery” button to cancel the delivery.
A notification will appear indicating whether the cancellation was successful or not.
If an error message is shown, you can still call live support at (315) 630-3330 and have them manually update the delivery.
