As a restaurant admin, operator, or in-store employee, keeping track of your deliveries is important. In this article, we'll guide you through how to view a list of deliveries and also how to view the details of a single delivery within the Dashboard.

 

Viewing A Delivery In The Dashboard

 

Steps For Viewing

Step 1: Go to the Dashboard and log in.

To access your Dashboard, go to the Dashboard and log in with your email and password.

Step 2: Click "Deliveries" on the left side navigation.

Step 3: You will see a list of deliveries.

Once you've clicked on "Deliveries," you'll be taken to a page where you'll see a list of all deliveries for all locations that your account has access to.

Step 4: This list of deliveries shows you an overview of each delivery and a few pre-built filters.

The list of deliveries will show you an overview of each delivery, including delivery location, delivery date, and status. You'll also see a list of pre-built filters that you can use to sort through your deliveries quickly. If you want to see all the details for a single delivery, click the "Details" button.

Step 5: On one of the deliveries in the list, click the “Details” button located on the right-hand side.

Find the delivery you want to view more details on and click the "Details" button next to it. This will open a drawer showing you all the details about the delivery.

Step 6: From here, you can Update, Cancel, and Track the delivery.

You'll be able to view all the details about the delivery, including pickup & drop-off information, order information, and the status of the delivery. You'll also be able to update or cancel the delivery from this page or track the driver in real time.
