How to Address Billing Questions

Where Invoices Come From

Invoices are generated from accounting@ideliverthat.com. If you come across any discrepancies in your invoice, here's what you should do:

Contacting Us

To address invoice discrepancies, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Accounting: Send an email to accounting@ideliverthat.com outlining the specific discrepancy or issue. This is the primary point of contact for invoice-related inquiries.

  2. CC Your Sales Manager: To ensure a coordinated response, CC sales@ideliverthat.com. They are familiar with your account and can provide valuable insights.

  3. CC Dispatch: Also, CC dispatch@ideliverthat.com on the email. This helps us streamline the communication process and ensures that any operational aspects are considered.

Understanding Restaurant Adjustments

In some cases, you may notice adjustments on your invoice. These adjustments are typically filed for the following reasons:

  • Food Prep Delays: If there were delays in food preparation that impacted the delivery time, an adjustment may be applied. This is only when food prep is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

  • Incorrect Drop-off Addresses: Adjustments may occur when the drop-off address provided is incorrect or needs to be changed during the delivery.

  • Return Trips: In the event of return trips due to missed items after signing the driver app, adjustments may be made.

What to Expect

Once we receive your email regarding an invoice discrepancy, here's how we'll proceed:

  • Investigation: Our restaurant support team will investigate the discrepancy to determine its cause.

  • Timely Response: You can expect a timely response from our DeliverThat Accounting team. We are committed to resolving billing questions promptly.
