DeliverThat invoices weekly to keep your records current and transparent.
- Billing period: Monday through Sunday
- Invoice delivery: Sent via email early the following week (typically Tuesday)
- Payment options: Secure online payment link included in each invoice
- Auto-pay required: ACH or card on file (forms provided during onboarding)
- Rates & fees: Fully outlined in your contract

When to Expect Charges
Your invoice will include:
- Delivery fees for completed orders within the billing week
- Any applicable adjustment fees (see below)

Understanding Adjustment Fees
DeliverThat applies adjustment fees only when necessary to ensure fairness and compensate drivers for added time or distance. These are pass-through costs to the driver and are applied only when verified.
Common Reasons for Adjustment Fees
- Food Prep Delays – Delays over 15 minutes that impact delivery time.
- Incorrect Drop-Off Address – When the address provided is inaccurate or changed mid-delivery.
- Return Trips – If the driver must return due to missed or incorrect items after the order is signed in the driver app.
