You must have a user account to use the Dashboard. If you do not already have an account, please follow the steps below.
- Contact your account manager and ask them to assist you in creating a new Dashboard profile.
- You'll need to provide them with your information: First Name, Last Name, and Email.
- Other information may also be needed, such as which location(s) the new user account should have access to.
- Once a user account has been created, you will receive an email from DeliverThat with your temporary password. You'll need this password to log in to your user account for the first time.
- The email will come from noreply@mail.deliverthat.com.
- Follow the link in the email, which will take you to the Dashboard.
- On the Login page, enter your email and the temporary password.
- Since you're logging in with a temporary password, you'll need to set up a new password.
- You'll use this new password to log in to the Dashboard.
- After setting your new password, you'll be logged in and redirected to the Dashboard.
