Resetting a Password

Before You Begin...

To access the Dashboard, it is necessary have a valid account. If you do not have an account yet, please get in touch with your DeliverThat account manager.

  1. Go to the Dashboard, and you'll be redirected to the login page (if you're not already logged in).
  2. Click the Forgot your password link and provide your email address.
    • This must be the same email that you used to access the Dashboard.
  3. After a few moments, you will receive an email from DeliverThat with a code.
    • The email will come from noreply@mail.deliverthat.com.
  4. Enter the code along with your new password.
  5. Click Change Password.
  6. Your password has now been reset, and you can log in using your new password.
