Before You Begin...
To reset your password, it is necessary to first have an active, validated account. If you do not have an account, please get in touch with your DeliverThat account manager.
- Go to the Dashboard
- Click the Forgot your password link on the login page and provide your email address
- This must be the same email that you used to setup your account during onboarding
- After a few moments, you will receive an email with a reset code
- The email will come from noreply@mail.deliverthat.com,with the subject "Dashboard Account Help"
- Follow prompts on the login screen to enter the code along with your new password
- Click Change Password
- Your password has now been reset, and you can log in using your new password.
