Before You Begin...

To access the Dashboard, it is necessary have a valid account. If you do not have an account yet, please get in touch with your DeliverThat account manager.


Logging In

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.
    • You will be automatically redirected to the Dashboard if you have already logged in.
    • If you have not logged in before, you will be directed to the Login page, where you must enter your email address and password to proceed.
    • If you are logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to provide your temporary password instead.
  2. Upon successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

Forgot Password

In the event you’ve forgotten your password, please do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.
    • You will see the Login page if you're not already logged in.
  2. Click the “Forgot your password” link located on the Login page
    • Please note that you must provide the email under which you were initially registered.
  3. After submitting your email - the page will redirect you to a new page that asks for a code along with your new password.
    • You will be sent an email from noreply@mail.deliverthat.com with a code that you will input on the login page.
  4. Enter the code along with your new password and click “Change Password”

Your password has now been reset, and you can log in using your new password.
