Before You Begin...
To access the Dashboard, it is necessary have a valid account. If you do not have an account yet, please get in touch with your DeliverThat account manager.
Logging In
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- You will be automatically redirected to the Dashboard if you have already logged in.
- If you have not logged in before, you will be directed to the Login page, where you must enter your email address and password to proceed.
- If you are logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to provide your temporary password instead.
- Upon successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.
Forgot Password
In the event you’ve forgotten your password, please do the following:
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- You will see the Login page if you're not already logged in.
- You will see the Login page if you're not already logged in.
- Click the “Forgot your password” link located on the Login page
- Please note that you must provide the email under which you were initially registered.

- After submitting your email - the page will redirect you to a new page that asks for a code along with your new password.
- You will be sent an email from noreply@mail.deliverthat.com with a code that you will input on the login page.
- Enter the code along with your new password and click “Change Password”
Your password has now been reset, and you can log in using your new password.
